Mobile on the Move Mobile real estate costs and availability are a true advantage to business. Inventory includes several million square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space including a 345,000-foot spec building, and developed sites such as the Mobile Commerce Park and Brookley Complex, a 1,700-acre, 6 million square foot multi-use industry and airport complex.
Over 10,000 acres of industrial property in Mobile County are served by rail, with many offering easy interstate access, and proximity to air and port opportunities.
